I really don’t get his strategy pleading the 5th to everything including what day of the week it is because 1. How can saying the say of the week be used against you in a trial? And 2. The entire hearing was just an absurd QAnon conspiracy theory with no other proof or evidence to back it

Ahh, that explains a lot. I was also pretty sure he had immunity at this point. Trial also wasn’t the right word but it’s what came to mind, my bad! I guess I was just viewing it from how I would’ve handled it, which would’ve been berating them for wasting time and resources on the whole thing.
