With Hegseth holding the position he does, the US military may lose all effectiveness and any remaining legitimacy before the end of 2027. The firings or resignations of generals should be disturbing to the nation and our allies.

The Europeans BEEN concerned, they just don’t have the option to become immediately independent militarily. Pretty sure English submarines can’t even function without American made munitions. They’re like children of an abusive parent who can’t quite cover their bills yet so they’re maintaining some shred of a relationship till they can make it on their own

Yep. Maybe the second part was poor wording for me. Lot of bad things are obvious about the admin but there’s so much shit to pick apart.

Yeah I agree, nobody has the time to keep up with it all and the rot just keeps going deeper. If we survive I bet someone will write a fascinating book about it though
