i think it was talked about on philip defranco? today or yesterday. that or a hasan clip that was in my feed. i dont remember exact link. if you look up in general you will see stuff about how palantir is basically telling our troops where to shoot this entire war so far

Ah ok, I’ll look into it. I don’t see any official news about this incident specifically, but I know Palantir’s systems (as well as Claude) have been used during the war in general. It wouldn’t surprise me if this was because of AI and was simply rubber-stamped by a human, but I could easily see this as being a purely human oversight too. In previous databases, this entire location was marked as a military site. Later, it was updated because one building turned into a school (IIRC)
