They have released 0 official information on who's paying for it so I'm not sure why you would say that but it's clear they are handing out favors for donations. Additionally, you should know that the construction company used is all but in name Trump's, as he *somehow* knew to buy just enough stock so he wouldn't be the primary shareholder, before the company got the contract.

Yes I assume that somewhere in Trump's 2 trillion spending spree he incorporated it. Even if he did pay for it he's made 2-3 billion in less than a year from being a corrupt POS, so even if he did pay for it Americans still paid for it. What's your point?
