If you want to talk definitions, you’re wrongfully misattributing gender and sex be the same word. Just because you use them interchangeably in conversation doesn’t mean they are, and in literally any biological conversation past a high school level, it’s a distinction that you actually very much cannot use interchangeably. Also intersex people make up ~2% of the population, which for reference, is also roughly the population of redheads in the United States.

You’re only proving my point. The literal textbook definition of gender doesn’t mean “vag” or “dick.” You don’t know the *actual* definition of gender, and you’re wrongly using it interchangeably with sex. And since you’re the expert, what “gender” is a XXY person? Or XYY? Or X? Or XXYY? What if they have “a dick” but they also have breasts? What if they have a vagina, but also testes?

the last one shows that sex is not equal to gender. gender categories do not apply interchangeably with sex categories. dogs and turtles cannot be gendered (men or women), but they are sexed (male or female). the last one also shows that biological sex is more of a bimodal distribution within humans as a whole, statistically (that’s the graph shown).
