There’s not party registration in VA, which means we can sabotage each other’s primaries, and there’s no publicly-available list of party members’ addresses, like this app used

Well yes you could in most states The one thing I can’t do in Texas is vote in Republican runoffs since I voted in the Dem primaries for Talarico
