In all seriousness, there do need to be reforms to the H1-B system to ensure workers are protected. Because in comparison, there are plenty of protections for H-2A (seasonal agricultural workers). But H1-B visa holders are not why you can’t get a job. That’s because companies are cutting costs. High interest rates have persisted for a long time (because inflation has remained persistent), and shareholders keep demanding that earnings and dividends increase
