Lmao my ex broke up with me because I said I wouldn’t want her working after we graduated since I’m either gonna work for my parents and make bank or take the high paying investment banking offer job. Both would be more than enough to take care of her and the family we build. We graduate in the spring and I guarantee you she’s gonna realize I was right after she starts working at her shitty 9-5

No. Only because she said she wanted to get married and have kids after we graduate but she could not handle a summer job as a cashier or waitress while taking half time classes so how would she take care of our kids and work a 9-5. On top of that she has bad grades and a bullshit major so I doubt she’d even find a real job anyways. She would’ve made more as a SAHM with me giving her some of my salary than slaving away at a bullshit 9-5.

Lots of people don’t want to be a SAHM, understandably so. It sucks ass, and most people only do it when they’re ready to make a LIFETIME commitment to their kids. Maybe she realized she didn’t want both kids and a job, and decided to pursue her career instead. Look idk you or your situation but it sounds like you have her an ultimatum and she made her choice. Commenting under a post like this is weird because if the situation is what you said it is you shouldn’t feel attacked
