I mean maybe you expected it, and hey good for you for predicting it. But like, Elon is a social pariah. He’s extremely autistic and has been isolated his entire life which has given him essentially negative social skills. Combine that with being evil and also really stupid, it’s wild. I know Jeff was a power broker and it was kinda his job to “shmooze” elon, but it’s so clear everyone around Elon hates him so much that this kinda threw me for a loop lol

Haven’t you ever seen the second iron man movie, 2010? Elon actually appears in that movie in a cameo (one he undoubtedly paid handsomely for). Iron man actually compliments some real engine Elon paid another guy to design and build, and Elon says “thanks I’m building an electric jet” or smth. He’s been a pretty consistent public figure for a long time now. Of course, now a days that era of positive perception for him feels like it didn’t even happen.
