The idea that it is acceptable to facilitate American crimes abroad to further your own material interest in a viewpoint that does not consider the victims of American imperialism as fully human. Is a murderer who collects life insurance justified because he needed money?

To throw out something relevant, read about Robert Bales: he killed several Afghan civilians unprovoked and the survivors live in destitution while he imprisoned and fed in Leavenworth.

Another one from history that says more about the US government than anything is Project 100,000. An unsung villain of the Vietnam War, Robert McNamara, lowered standards to allow a wider draft pool to a point that developmentally challenged individuals were trained by the US army.

The point of bringing up Project 100,000 is the extent to which the US government would double down on fighting communism at the expense of millions of Vietnamese and the formative effect of America disregarding international law for imperialist delusions of grandeur.
