If u rewatch the video she is turning as far away from the officer as she could, and also not going very fast. I understand that it’s a bit hard to tell but it really doesn’t seem like she wanted to hit him, more like she was driving off and trying to avoid both him and the adjacent car. Plus, even if she were coming at him, he should have shot at her tires or something before taking lethal action

I did. She backs up and turns the wheel all the way to the right. She gives it a little gas to tell him to get the fuck out of the way. All he had to do was move but he didn’t so he got bumped. She was absolutely nowhere near speeding and she didn’t even floor the pedal. Absolute worst case scenario he would have gotten his foot run over and fractured. His life was not in danger and literally any human being could have moved out of the way and been fine. Zero reason to take someone’s life
