Spare me your AI generated rebuttals, I’m well aware of what pilots are trained on. Had the US military properly kept the GPS jamming inside the TFR the accident would have never happened

you don’t have to be like “stop bullying the US military”. They have a responsibility to the public to be safe when they throw around new technology. They weren’t safe about it this time, and it’s obvious that’s the case because people fucking died. “they took every precaution” uhhhh maybe they should have done their testing somewhere else? Declare a no fly zone for some period of time?

NOTAMs are just safety warnings. “Be advised”. Thousands of them are issued everyday for things ranging from faded taxiway markings to crane presence to weather. It’s gotten to the point where it’s difficult to filter through the clutter for anything actually useful. Having the FAA send out a NOTAM that your instruments might randomly fail, when you’re flying in terrible visibility and need your instruments to work? That’s not a real safety precaution in any meaningful way.
