I don’t know and, as an outside observer in Texas, couldn’t be paid to care whether she specifically should or not. I’ve avoided keeping up with the trial specifically because I don’t care to be dragged into that argument in my personal life. I am talking about people who believe even if she does meet the legal standard for insanity defense, she should be barred from it because the charge is so heinous.

The preponderance of evidence I have read agrees she experienced psychosis. If she experienced PPP then that’s what the insanity plea is literally made for…
