i agree with you that Harris was set up to fail and that leftists didn’t cost her the election. but the leftists that i’ve heard/seen bragging about how they didn’t vote for her because they thought four more years of Trump would like get other Americans and the DNC on their side are just gross

She would’ve lost if she’d campaigned for moderates normally. She needs to campaign toward the left. We know for a fact campaigning towards moderates doesn’t work for democrats at all. It’s why they refuse to release the autopsy

I used to agree but I’ve started to believe that another Republican presidency would be better for us long term than the potential consequences of another centrist dem presidency It seems like if we get a centrist dem, we just end up giving fascists a target, that centrist dem becomes historically unpopular, and their unpopularity gives room for more aggressive fascist action next election.

I’d much rather have 8 years of a lame duck fascist that might give Americans the wherewithal to vote in a more progressive candidate than have a centrist Democrat convince the progressive populous that there’s no possible hope for the future, leaving room for another fascist

he’s not a lame duck fascist though he’s a legitimate fascist who is rapidly eroding voter rights and setting up the legal groundwork for a third term. with gerrymandering and the ID laws he’s disenfranchised countless left wing voters and has openly talked about federalizing or canceling elections. america won’t vote in a progressive if we can’t vote
