This is pretty standard 1916 isolationism. It’s basically just a law that mandates the USA never goes to war. Which to be fair many if not most wars we’ve gotten involved in have sucked. But not all, and good luck getting the American public to all volunteer to fight on behalf of the Bosnians.

I don’t think it’d be a good idea while the people are in office, it’d just leave a huge vacancy in our government and we’d be filled with special elections across the country. Now, making it so Yea voters cannot run again until they’ve served (I.e, they wait out their term and once their seat is replaced then forced out to war) I think would work.
