No but there definitely are groups of people that prefer hiring people similar to them, and this seems to happen at some companies. There are several companies that have lost civil rights lawsuits alleging they were discriminating by only hiring South Asian workers. I understand your concern but at the same time this stuff does happen

What should be done with them? Labeling a religious minority that keeps to themselves but holds significant power from their economic niche as a problem. Marx and others said similar things about the Jewish community in Europe

Nothing really, it’s just capitalism and theoretically you can hire whoever you want. It does put those groups at risk though when people start getting angry about the state of the economy and all these rich dudes that don’t look like them or come from a different background start to seem like a problem. Leaders who want capital to continue its rule will use them as scapegoats and the leftists who defend them will get thrown into the mix with them
