He’s using Section 122 this time. Congress explicitly (and stupidly) gave the president the power to enforce a global tariff of up to 15% on everything for up to 150 days

This has never been used before, so there’s no precedent. Who knows if he can just redo it every 150 days. If that happens (I’m sure it will), that’s a separate court case
