*incest, rape, life of the mother*

unfortunately i don’t know how much that would help in just those three circumstances. the problem is most states have exceptions for rape and incest while all have exceptions for life of the mother. rape and incest are going to have to be proven legally before an it’s allowed which could take ages, and we don’t have a great track record of prosecuting rape. and doctors are too afraid to do it when the woman’s life is at risk bc unless she’s actively dying there’s risk for them to be charged
