This midterm cycle has been eye opening. Seeing multiple high up Dem consultants & think tanks along with the media helping the Republicans & attacking the progressive wing of the party. They would much rather the Republicans win then the party move left

Shocking that the greatest force in human history for co-opting and defanging progressive movements would rather the conservatives win

They can sense the shift and the change coming. They will all lose power and control. If our generation and Millennials actually all turned out to vote, we would rule the country. Simply, we have the numbers. But, we’re apathetic.

The DSA is like “hey we can tax the ultra wealthy a little bit more and spend that money at home on quality of life improvement instead of overseas” and people like #2 genuinely think that will bring the destruction of the country lol

they aren’t actually progressive at all. Hasan spouting about communism is akin to the Nazis saying they were national socialists

it’s a farce. just went so far left that they went back fascism but are trying to market like that’s not the case. the think tanks taking a stance like this should be an alarm. not a reason to say they’re useless.

Who did? How? When? How does Hasan figure into this? Deeply confusing

if you need every facet of reality explained to you then you owe it to yourself to go read. we can stop doing the “pretend not to understand anything” bit you being ignorant of the world is my problem, but the fix does not involve trying to educate you

The democrats going so far left that they become fascists would require them to have ever been left in the first place. I just genuinely don’t understand the words you wrote in the order you wrote them

No one brought up Hasan so that’s random. Hasan isn’t the same as Nazi or even comparable especially when talking about his output. Think tanks & Dems that would rather the republicans win then progressive aren’t anti fascist & ringing alarm they are instead pro fascist collaborators since Trump is a fascist & the Republican Party follows him without hesitation or question
