The dictator of Venezuela went to sleep in his bed last night and woke up with an American assault rifle to his skull

The oil in Venezuela is basically impossible to extract. It’s too heavy for normal extraction methods and requires pumping lighter oil into the ground and mixing it up to extract. So extremely unlikely big companies would want to invest in an expensive and politically unstable region anyway

So you tell Americans who are starving to get bent but now you want a country of 28 million so that foreign companies can get their oil, make it made sense

Here’s how it’s gonna work. Iran, Russia, Cuba, and China stop stealing their oil. They sell their oil to American companies. Their economy booms because of this newfound revenue. We gain a huge new supply of oil which causes US gas prices to drop. Venezuelans can now afford to eat.

Of course you can’t use their fucking oil in our cars, but we have the complex refineries it requires. It’s just more expensive and time consuming. But oil is oil even if it’s low qualityšŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļølike where are you even getting your information?

upvote 1 downvote

Anonymous replying to -> #7 12w

nobody thinks this way this wasn't dumb. it's purely political. One what did russia and china do to retaliate nothing 2 we do have oil we may make less from it but there will be profits 3 there are far more people that were saved by getting rid of the dictator then hurt in the bombings

Bro, you think like a middle schooler playing Civ5 🤣 We legitimately did this EXACT same thing in Iraq and it failed.
