… wait, upon further review. i think i was wrong. this isn’t a motion it’s a complaint. so this initiated the claim, my bad. 😭

I looked into it w my fancy tools 🙃 The outcome was a voluntary dismissal. The procedural situation seems to be that Plaintiff couldn’t prove she had “served” Trump & Epstein. Trump & Epstein never filed an answer to this complaint.
