Well I’m happy to hear that you have multiple solutions. I genuinely hope that one of them makes a big difference for you. Also happy that you don’t feel the need to call 988 tonight. It’s obviously not easy but keep remembering how loved you are & just how much & how special you are to people.

Thank you. Good news is I’m productively spiraling (on hold with a psychiatrist right now to see if I can get in this week). The wonderful thing about panicking in the morning as opposed to eleven fucking PM is that medical practices are Open and Can Be Scheduled With

Well that’s definitely looking at the glass half full. I genuinely hope you’re able to get in & get the help you deserve. Just a quick update for you - psychiatrist sent me home with three solutions - two short term, one long term, that appear to have at least some efficacy. I don’t think I need to call 988 again tonight
