No high school in my county in Arkansas has never graduated a minority student in the history of the school district. Don’t forget to take those parts of the South into account.

Depends on what he would run on. If he ran on infrastructure and labor, maybe. Anything else and he’d lose. Midwest voters aren’t really progressives themselves. They’re more practical with a blend of liberal/populist. They’re boring and not really hyper-ideological.
