Ya and OP is saying the 2 cases aren’t equivalent in the slightest. One person said slurs, the other raped children. In all honesty it’s the right that’s blowing smoke trying to downplay Trump rape allegations by saying that saying slurs is reason to be canceled but not rape. I’m not saying not to do that, I’m just taking into the account that she was a child at the time, it’s been decades, and she hasn’t repeated that sentiment. She’s obviously learned something and grown up. She shouldn’t have said it and doesn’t say it anymore, so it’s a nonissue. Trump is a completely different story, he committed actual crimes as an adult to children. That’s in an entirely different league of socially and legally unacceptable
