You wouldn’t know it but it’s actually really complicated. Basically one of the reasons is chinas increasing monopoly on the minerals we put in our phones. Greenlands got some of those minerals and the EPA has regulations on the processing of certain minerals which made it unprofitable to do it ourselves so we send it overseas and then they sell it back to us if china was one day like nah we’re not gonna sell to you anymore america would be cooked.
