As much as I love animals (I have two cats myself that I love to death), the lives of a million animals are not worth the life of one human being.

Im not condoning it. Im just saying if I could choose between an apartment complex, a school, a hospital, or an animal shelter, for me its an easy choice

It sort of is the conversation though - Russia isn’t bombing either an animal shelter or nothing at all, they’re either bombing humans or infrastructure. I’ll clarify my stance for you: any loss of life is sad. I get sad seeing dead animals. However, Im glad that the missile was unsuccessful in killing humans and only hit an animal shelter. Even if just one more person would’ve died from having their apartment bombed instead of the shelter, that’s not worth saving the shelter.
