So is this an oil thing then? Nigerian crude can’t be refined at most Gulf Coast refineries. It goes to the east coast and more of it is now refined domestically

Yea they have massive oil and natural gas reserves

Right, but as mentioned, their oil is incompatible with our biggest refineries. Exxon and Chevron are going to miss out

Hmmm natural gas might be another story though. Maybe some sort of pipeline to Europe so they can replace Russia

They would love that. Idk what the long term goal is I just know that it’s no coincidence that we are invading a country with such large reserves
