There was almost an entire year between when she got the settlement money and when she was sued. She had that entire time to pay them and she didn’t. The audio clip doesn’t lie.

The pledge is a major one for me, as well as her chilling behavior during the court process as well as various reports of her conduct towards others like a personal staffer. She absolutely was experiencing a horrific time and the stress explains a lot of her behavior, but that doesn’t justify it in my eyes

yes so what ur describing is that you dont like her. not that she has done inexplainable acts that warrant her the label evil. you don’t have to like her, but you should recognize what is compelling you to feel this way and objectively evaluate how bad of a person those actions truly make her, and if her going through something horrific could be why she’s acting that way and not some innate evilness

there’s smth called a “perfect victim” its the idea that if a person is being victimized, but they don’t maintain composure or act saint-like in the process, they are less of a victim. the idea is that they are bad so one has less empathy for their victimhood. that’s what youre doing here ngl. and its okay (i mean most of the country felt the same way) but just understand (even if u cant admit to me now) that your opinion here is not rooted in grounded logic
