Everyone deserves a fair trial, while it is rare sometimes those being charged are the wrong person, what’s worse is often the reason they’re charged is for something far worse.

Obviously not, but this is like saying yo are ok with robbery because we don’t just use witnesses testimony. 2% of all rape accusations are proven without a doubt to be false. Are you ok with those people just being slandered and lives ruined? In your ideal world what would stop someone for falsely claim rape ( not to mention how this would doubtlessly increase false rape accusations)?
