Ngl I think part of it has to do with him not being a woman. The message here being that women don’t belong in the new maga government; they’ll throw some in there but when they get flak for following trumps orders they can be gotten rid of. Incompetent men on the other hand are supposed to be there, they’re the ones who are supposed to end up with the power
