My gf left me bc her liberal friends said I wasn’t sufficiently far left enough. I’m just a common sense dude who voted for Kamala but doesn’t think we need free this free that and call everyone we disagree with Nazis. What’s so bad about that?

well it seems that you may have neglected to have a good-faith conversation about it, where you both research each other’s perspectives in real time together. i’ve done that with strangers and it usually goes fairly well if everyone is a willing participant. if they disagree with something that is adjacent to or complicit with Nazism, then they’ll probably call it what it is. it’s ideal to reassign billions of our tax dollars away from the Pentagon that has failed their $ audits for a decade.

I don’t think there’s anything bad with that. Personally, I think it’s okay (and normal) to have different views. I think it’s absurd to go around calling everyone Nazis rather than having actual conversations, and differentiating actions vs thoughts. But not all are that way. A friend of mine can’t be in the same room or have a conversation with her that’s not as far left (politics are a no go and we talk less now).

I’m sorry brother. I wish the far left and far right would lower the temperature. Maybe Renee Good, Charlie Kirk and Alex Pretti would still be alive if the extremes just stopped the chaos
