But also Biden didn’t. Merrick Garland was also slow and ineffective, not malicious. It’s also not like Biden covered for Jan 6 obviously, that’s just more of Merrick Garland being slow.

Yes Biden should’ve released it if he knew anything about it and it still makes him suspicious and a weird person for not doing it, he should have. But trump literally used that during his campaign and just never did it. When asked about it he throws a hiss fit and does other things to distract the public from it

Merrick Garland was just a really really bad AG, and the justice department used to be independent before Trump, so there wasn’t much Biden could do about it after nominating him. It wasn’t malicious.
