Just so you know, sunset: over 30 states have such r&j laws, so you’re wrong in claiming that none do. However, unless I’m mistaken, in every instance it’s required that the relationship begins when both parties are minors, otherwise it doesn’t apply and pedophilia and child exploitation charges are applicable.
