Diversity of thought isn’t necessarily a great thing to tout when you have a broad coalition of crunchy anti-vaxxers, actual white supremacists, “he’ll run america like a business” bros, bloodthirsty suburbanites with driver’s seat facebook pfps, etc. and the only real unifying message is their hatred for “the libs” and love of dear charismatic leader
I just looked it up and like ofc people on the left are gonna be more on the same page about things like gay marriage and gun control than the right. I wouldn’t say that’s bad or has anything to do with what I’m saying with this post. I’m talking about seeing facts presented and choosing to see right through them
It actually can be. You can have two conservative me in a room and they may believe in 2 or 3 of the same things. Yall really have nothing except the same strict beliefs. Most liberals are scared to have an alternative opinion due to the way the party holds itself socially. I used to be liberal.
If I knew a guy whose bestie for YEARS was a confirmed and convicted pedophile, I’d assume that guy was at least okay with pedophiles, if not one himself. If that guy was also on tape saying “if she wasn’t my daughter, maybe we’d be dating” about his 15 year old? Yeah that kinda seals the deal.
