Hot take, but the idea that all attention is good attention when protesting is a very bad idea and create terrible PR situations for good causes. Take the climate protesters who block streets as an example of this.

I mean the median voter is always going to be somewhat ignorant and easily angered by any protest that disrupts things, that’s true of any protest movement in history. Doesn’t mean that those protests were a bad idea

It’s really funny because the oil companies are the ones who fund these organizations. Some people are such good little pawns.
