Obviously fraud is bad, but no one in this fraud scandal has been charged with funding terrorism. That’s a whole different thing

OP implicitly said that when they said “billion”, because that’s the al-Shabaab claim that’s been floating around. The actual fraud scandal that doesn’t involve terrorism and never even got Trump’s attention was $250M spread across 75+ people. It was classic pandemic loan fraud
