Could technically be an Article 5. Probably won’t be. Russia enjoys sending random “stray” drones into Poland all of the time and they don’t do anything about it

Akrotiri and Dhekelia are technically overseas territories so I think they don’t count for article 5 purposes. You could also argue that Iran is responding to the actions of a NATO member
