I feel like they have mental health and identity issues wether or not we bully them. I’ve seen a man transform to a girl then get very depressed after realizing it’s actually not what they wanted.

Just objectively incorrect, the mental health of trans people drastically improves after transitioning. Study after study has shown this One person you know is a statistical outlier, not a representative of the whole

People transitioning and then detransitioning does happen but it’s extremely rare compared to the number of people who transition and then find that’s who they were meant to be.

“I feel like” feelings don’t define the facts that characterize an entire demographic of people actually. Let the people who know what they’re talking about handle speaking on this subject, there’s no shame in listening and learning for now.

Why did this get downvoted so quick. I didn’t say anything mean or hurtful. Just my observations and real life experience

Cuz your observations and “experience” don’t speak for the majority

Just because you feel some type of way doesn’t discredit years of research and studies done by people who don’t let their feelings get in the way of facts

And even most of the detransition numbers are artificially higher than is accurate because they count anyone who temporarily ceases HRT and/or to their deadname for safety reasons and then resumes later (usually within two years)

Your observations and real life experience are tainted by confirmation bias stemming from underlying transphobia. Actual, empirical data supports that trans peoples’ mental health considerably improves when they transition.

“Your observations” is just one anecdote you’re using to invalidate decades of empirical research and the expressed opinions of virtually the entire demographic you’re speaking for. You don’t get to tell trans people what is or isn’t true about them based on one person you knew(?) one time.
