Im ok with someone having a Billion dollars in their account. But to me it makes no sense to have $150 Billion dollars. Like if we be honest what can’t you do with $500 million? We need to tax billionaires.

Yeah no one needs it but there’s this funny thing called free will where you can buy stuff that you really want if you have enough money to do so even if other people don’t think you should have it

we do in fact regulate what other people can buy is the thing, though. but also my main issue is that anyone has enough money to blow on a $500 million yacht. nobody should have that much money.

like we generally don’t let individuals have personal nuclear arsenals or bioweapons. some of those individuals could probably pay for it tho
