There is no government in Gaza moron, there is no Gaza anymore. As of mid August 82% of all buildings in Gaza have been destroyed

Government=capability to provide for citizens and perform basic government functions, including the facilities to do that. But sure, Gaza is run by terrorists or whatever which means bomb residential buildings and hospitals obviously
