It’s just the rotating villain strategy, the Democrats have been doing this shit for years where EVERY TIME, there’s somehow JUST ENOUGH Dems to vote down anything positive in the Senate. That way, we can never demand better of them, because they’ll go “well most of us supported it, blame the Senator from this state you don’t live in and can’t do anything about, not the party”
