like that might actually make some people lose faith in Trump. If he says “I’m going to give you guys money” and then just never does, it might discourage some of his supporters ? idk just thinking out loud

It was twice under trump and once under Biden. I don’t remember them under trump but every source i looked at showed them same thing so.
