That’s still capitalism instead of exploiting ur fellow citizen u exploit a person in the global south. The Nordic model is a prime example of this

Absolutely agreed. I think I once read a dystopian where the big thing was you had to pay for fire and police services and I was thinking: wait a minute :0

I think In Denmark most fire departments are privately owned, but the government subcontracts them so it’s not like somebody could go “uncovered”.

Scandinavia doesn’t do very much trade with the global South, but there’s nothing to suggests the trade they do conduct is “unfair”. This is one of those leftist talking points that just defies any economic logic or empirical data.
