Right now they can treat us like shit, under pay us, over work us, and most people just take it, because there’s a line of people desperately waiting to replace us, and we don’t know how long it will take us to find a new job.

If we had a GOOD job? With benefits, retirement, long-term security, salary instead of being a “contractor”, etc. companies would have to compete for employees. They would need to offer better incentives than the rest, they would need to spend money on their employees instead of hoarding all of their profits to their executives.
