There is nothing slightly smart that you can say to the actual products of your forced birthing method because WE know what actually happens to kids. People will always get pregnant accidentally for a multitude of reasons including rape, so banning abortion is not even a smart option.

I do care what happens to babies who are born and unwanted. That's why I think people who don't want a baby should be responsible and have protected sex. Also, I never said we should ban abortion. 95% of abortions happen because the parents aren't prepared or they just don't want the baby. This could be easily avoided if people just wore a condom. How do I want to control women's bodies when all I want is for people to have protected sex and be responsible lmao

If anything I want men to wear a condom. Also, I think women should have the choice to get an abortion in the case of rape, incest, or if the mother is in danger.

Well good that you don’t think it should be totally banned and that men should be more responsible with protection as well, but it needs to be legal in every case because these are the women’s bodies after all and there are WAY too many babies and grown adults who never had a family or opportunities. Many foster care kids would rather be in juvie because it’s safer than being in foster care. I too think people need to be more responsible about sex but no type of abortion ban will solve anything.

Even safe sex doesn’t guarantee no pregnancy 100% so it just doesn’t work any way you spin it to ban abortions in “some” instances and not others. A brain dead woman was kept on life support so that her unborn could grow inside her because of abortion bans, and when that child finally came out, he had and continues to have major issues. This is what banning abortion gets us. Dead women incubating babies and more disabled babies because of it.

condoms only work about 85% of the time bud. female condoms are even worse around 80%. that means for every hundred women using condoms roughly 15-20 will get pregnant each year. that's for every 100. there are hundreds of millions in the US. also if you go to that link you'll see the most effective methods are hormones and implants which many women can't use. the other most effective options are sterilization, which is a life changing decision nobody should be pressured or expected to make
