It is literally a civil offense. Like legally speaking that is what it is. Im not stating my opinion thats what its classified by law. My opinion is that arming a barely trained internal military force to violently detain people based on arbitrary quotas for a civil offense in several instances violating constitutional rights and offering them blanket pardons is what results in violent situations resulting in unjustifyable deaths

She was instructed to leave by one of the officers. And the guy could've literally stepped to the side. He was holding his phone instead of wearing a body cam and she literally said "im not mad at you" as her last words

Youre advocating for some dumbass cosplaying a cop that either got so scared of a car moving under 5 mph or so offended and angry that a white woman decided to speak to him at all that he mag dumped on a full US citizen. Also wtf is this "law"? She didn't get a trial or sentencing hearing or even an arrest. The people who shot her weren't cops. What fucking law are you talking about that lets immigration officers kill an unarmed civilian?

Okay, that’s just straight up misleading information on what actually happened, also law enforcement has rules about using lethal force and at least 3 of them were broken by Johnathan Ross so….. :3
