The funny thing is that trumps tariffs have specifically fucked over the farmers since less countries are buying American goods because retaliatory tariffs

I do think the actual farmer should be paid well it’s hard work I’d be OK with nationalizing some of it because it is actually important to the US economy. None of the “price supports” nonsense, that’s literally the opposite of the free market. So just nationalize it
