It didn’t need to. For-profit prisons are what’s motivating a lot of bogus arrests

This arrest was under a DUI without casualties or extensive damage. He would probably spend the time in the county jail till he posted bail due to this being a misdemeanor. He may have his license revoked or suspended but wouldn’t go to a for profit prison

Why would he have gone to jail if he wasn’t driving under the influence

I’m saying case he was. If he wasn’t as in this case he should have been taken to the hospital. My point is this wasn’t motivated by for profit prisons
