Depends on the specialty. Higher paying ones like surgery, anesthesiology, and radiology are all Conservative leaning. Lower paying ones like internal medicine are more Liberal

Wealthier people lean more to the right bc republicans want more short term gain rather than trying to fix the overarching issues like our broken medical system, wealth inequality, institutionalized racism, etc. There’s certainly a place for healthy conservatism in this country, but just take a look at all the poorest, dingiest states. They’re not blue states.
