Not saying Trump isn’t the greater of two evils but Kamala certainly would’ve boomed Iran as well

I do think we need to start publicly shaming people who don’t vote.

Why are we still attacking voters like we all don’t recognize this is the democratic party’s fault

You THINK you’re being serious. Democrats’ record on Iran speaks for itself, from the Iran nuclear deal to the fact that one of its brokers was Kamala’s national security advisor, and that he was a major advocate for diplomacy over strikes.

Yes, American foreign policy is uniparty. Both parties are right of center. The only difference is a dem would’ve tried to get congressional approval at best. Also don’t tell ME what I think. :)

Trump literally backed out of a deal with Iran Obama made

And Biden didn’t sign a new one

He certainly negotiated with them and made more of an attempt than Trump did. tried to go back to the 2015 deal. (The one Trump scuttled.)

I wonder why Iran didn’t sign another deal after a Republican blew it up 🤔 maybe they were worried about another Republican doing the same ? Nope, must be democrat’s fault, great point.

If the Biden admin really wanted a new Iran deal they would’ve made it happen instead of pussyfooting around it. I’m not saying the democrats are more evil than Trump. They’re a little less evil and a little more gay but they still love Israel.

How would you make a deal with a person who knows republicans will ruin it next time they’re in power?

If you don’t you just get taken out by the Dems with even greater public support. You make a deal bc it’s your only way to survive

Anonymous replying to -> #1 3w

No bc last time you made a deal things got worse for you bc you didn’t have a nuclear program and you got screwed on tariffs. Do you see how Republicans sabotaged any diplomatic effort? You can’t just make a new deal.

Ok great that still not my original argument but go off you got that one ig

That's fine it's not your original argument. It goes back your original argument, the reason why our relationship with Iran is at this point is bc of republicans. Maybe dems would have had to do something it's hard to say bc republicans have poisoned the diplomacy between our two countries when they were given the chance. Dems can't just magically walk that back.

Dawg people like you are really infuriating. I vote blue down the ballot not because I like them but because they are marginally better than republicans. Putting this squarely on the shoulders of republicans is so dumb. If dems had the ability to field a winning candidate we wouldn’t be here.

You can be mad but what I’m saying is true. We have run winning candidates in 2020, 2012 and 2008. The country historically goes back and forth and right now the other side is unfortunately insane. All you can do is be honest about this stuff and vote in the mid terms and 2028.

No Kamala was a bad candidate. Some of it wasn’t her fault such as Biden refusing to drop out but she still supported bad policies. Refusing to drop any support for Israel was detrimental for her campaign. She was another status quo candidate at a time when next to no one liked the status quo. Putting your hands up and saying thats all we can do is such a great way to shoot yourself in the foot instead of owning up to your mistakes.

Were we supposed to run a new person in 107 days and get the broad American public on board with a new person, platform etc? Like I agree Biden not dropping out was bad, Although electorally it makes a lot of sense to run the incumbent against a guy he already won against, but sure with his age it was bad.

For the Israel thing old people like Israel your high propensity voters are old people. I don’t think any of these things were easy choices that everyone was just too stupid to do correctly.

Yes it wasn’t even that hard. People didn’t like Biden they wanted someone different but instead they put in someone with the exact same policies/beliefs as Biden and were left scratching their heads why they didn’t win. I thought Nicki Hailey was right when she said whoever drops their 80 year old candidate would win but my god the dems are uniquely bad at winning elections.

You think they wanted Trump the guy who lost against Biden over Biden? So it sounds like you didn’t even know what the correct strategy was at the time.

YES OML they literally voted Trump back into office over someone with higher favorability than Biden what are we talking about

Yeah I already seen this I’ll summarize it. People say I/P lost votes (everyone already knew this) some people say I/P lost election (this is unverified). That’s it tell me when it comes out and if it says anything new.

I agree but we’re talking about what choices that could have been made that are better I’m saying your choices aren’t much better. Biden came in during inflation that was caused by Covid any party would have already had an uphill battle. Incumbent parties from all over the world lost bc of Covid inflation. You’re not discovering a new thing that just applied to dems in the U.S.
